Returns & Exchanges

At the PRS Guitars Accessory Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium parts and gear. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
